Primary Responsibility :
Demand creation for Consumer Products: Gather market opportunity information in entire Asia region, except for Japan, and visit key accounts regularly to promote IR’s consumer products and understand customer needs.
Responsibilities :
- Study market trends and information to find new opportunities for IR’s Consumer Products in Asia region.
- Visit key accounts regularly to promote IR’s Consumer Products, win mind share, understand customer needs and follow up on design in activities.
- Generate new product opportunities and work with Application Engineers and Marketing to justify and generate new product development projects
- Support Consumer Products marketing activities such as Product Plan generation, product launch activities, field training material generation and promotional slide generation.
- Review relevant market data. Generate and maintain database on market trends, customer activities and market opportunity data.
Requirements :
- BSEE or MSEE/MEEE or equivalent experience
- 3 years or more of IC product marketing experience or application engineering experience
- Technical and market knowledge in one or more consumer application, e.g. lighting, audio, display, SMPS etc.
- Skilled in market data gathering, database management and data analysis
- Accomplished in promotional slide generation
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
